I-ntarsiatm Reseller Proposition

If you've looked at the way i-ntarsia has helped the different types of web businesses in this section, you will probably want to know what's involved in becoming an i-ntarsia reseller?

What We Ask For

All that we require is that we put in place a reseller agreement between our two organisations. What the agreement does is set out our mutual expectations of the relationship, protect I-Next's IPR in the i-ntarsia platform, and obligate us to give you a number of things for free:

  • An SME Edition with module pack for your own website.
  • Our customer support ticket system to enable you to support your growing customer base.
  • Training in all aspects of site delivery using i-ntarsia.

As we invest time and effort heavily in our reseller relationships, we are selective. However, we select on drive, enthusiasm and competence as well as size and market share.

What We Don't Ask For

Just as important as finding out what we want from you, is finding out what we don't want from you:

  • Money. We don't want any up front money, you only pay for the sites you have deployed.
  • Franchise Payment. This is NOT a franchise opportunity and we do not charge our resellers a penny for the pleasure of selling i-ntarsia.
  • Exclusivity. We understand that i-ntarsia won't fit all the requirements you might come across and so we do not restrict your right to sell other CMS solutions.
  • Expertise in Everyhting. We don't expect you to be experts at everything. If you are talented at design, but couldn't develop HTML for our Profiler tool, then that is not a problem.
  • Trial Period. We talk, then we do. Trial periods simply create a lot of work for both parties, we don't believe in them.
