Analysing Site Traffic
Once the web site has been built and registered with the search engines, the user needs to track the effectiveness of their work. Once again, i-ntarsiaTM includes a built-in service to enable this analysis which can be accessed using the "Performance" menu.
Each set of statistics can be accessed for a number of default periods, yesterday, last week, last month etc.
Site Statistics
This page shows general performance information, such as the number user sessions on the site, and the average number of pages taken per session.
Referring Sites
This page shows where the site traffic is coming from. This is important to check whether the site manager's search engine work is having an effect.
Page Impressions
This page shows the detailed information that site managers want. In an interactive view, very similar to the Site Structure View, the number of accesses for each page and section are shown compared against other similar periods.
