Online Incentive Management System

I-Next have worked since 1999 with corporate incentive management company Capital Incentives to deliver award winning, online incentives to some of the UK's largest companies. When online incentives were new, they were developed as bespoke projects for each customer. However, as the market matured it became clear that budgets would become tighter and client expectations would increase.

To meet these challenges, I-Next developed an incentive managemet framework within the i-ntarsiatm system which would allow free development of the creative front end of the incentive whilst providing functional standard modules for the back end. These standard modules include:

  • Participant management
  • Organisation management (internal or external such as dealer networks)
  • Points Banking
  • Redemption (merchandise, vouchers etc.)
  • Allocation and transfer to tax reporting systems
  • Management information and reporting

Incentive logic

The experience of working with some of the largest online incentive programmes, such as MAN Trucks' Star Performance programme clearly demonstrated that most large incentive programmes were unique in some aspects. We allowed for this by building each standard module with an interface which could be accessed from other standard modules, or from bespoke incentive logic. This allows us to quickly create incentives in two ways:

Plug and Play

A simple points bank and redemption system  can be built simply by plugging the standard modules together in particular site.

Bespoke

A complex incentive can have bespoke data loading, manipulation, presentation and reporting options built as custom modules whilst using the standard modules to handle all other functions.
