On-line Incentive for MANERF launched in i-ntarsiatm

17th of January 2005: I-ntarsia reseller, Capital Incentives, has launched a major incentive programme for truck manufacturer MANERF using the i-ntarsia web site management system as the deployment platform for this web based incentive program.

The Star Performance 2005 web site loads details of sales of all MANERF trucks across the UK, each day. Using a complex set of rules the system translates the sale of the truck, and associated financial services, into stars which have a monetary value for the salesperson. Every salesperson within the group has a personal account on the Star Performance web-site. Each salesperson can login and see how their sales have been translated into cash awards. The programme features additional reward and motivation features such as area and national leagues.

I-Next have operated the Star Performance programme as an online incentive since 2002. However, this year, is the first time that the programme has used the i-ntarsia system. “using the i-ntarsia provides us with a standard platform within which to run our online incentives” said Colin Hodgson, National Sales Manager at Capital Incentives, “which means that we can lower the cost of running the incentive and deliver better value to our customers. In addition, we have been able to add features such as a training questionnaire and e-mail contact system at very reasonable cost because they are standard modules of i-ntarsia".
