I-Next Launch CRM Outbound Module
6th. January 2010: I-Next have today launched the latest addition to the i-ntarsiatm eBusiness Suite. The CRM Outbound module is intended to be used as a part of an extranet. It enables call lists to be set up and presented to call centre staff for calling a processing.
The module can be used in isolation for simple bulk outbound call scheduling. There are a number of core stand alone features:
- Next call based on flexible rules
- Call rescheduling (random or specific time or date)
- Call outcome recording
- Caller stats (calls made, outcomes etc.)
Perhaps the real power of this module comes when it is combined with other modules such as the Survey Module. Specific business logic can be added on top of this module to enable the support of specific outbound campaigns.
The module is available immediately and does require the eBusiness Person module.
