Capital Incentives Create Customer Survey Extranet for MAN

11th. January 2010: Capital Incentives have created an extranet service using i-ntarsiatm to enable their customer service call centre to call MAN customers and complete a satisfaction survey.

The extranet is a combination of  the i-ntarsia Survey Module, the eBusiness CRM Outbound module  and a custom data, workflow and target management module specifically for MAN. The use of standard modules means that Capital Incentives can vary the survey questions whenever required in a familiar interface whilst still maintaining the custom data handling, target tracking and business reporting.

The use of a web based extranet has enabled Capital Incentives to use their call centre resources in the most flexible fashion possible. Customer service staff from any of Capital's locations can be used to meet the business requirements.

The extranet will run for at least six months  and i-ntarsia's monthly billing model means that Capital/MAN will only pay for the services they use.
